Return Policy

If you received a damaged or wrong item, or you are not satisfied with it, please send us an email to info@utkuserkanzengin.com with an order number or a picture of the damage. 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund any taxes, duties, charges or the return and shipping fee. Refunds will also be set at the price you paid and not the price in the currency concerned at the date of refund.
